Suggestions include the Pilsner Urquell “tank” beer,
“Olomoucke tvaruzky” – strong aged cheese wrapped in bacon and
deep-fried in breadcrumbs with home-made mayonnaise,roasted eggplant with horseradish sauce, potato dumplings and potato mash, chicken with truffle stuffing and roasted meats, salad with roasted peppers and farmers cheese, Czech trout roasted on fresh thyme and vegetables, and definitely order a scoop of beer ice cream. Finish with “dukatove buchticky” (sweet buns with poppy seeds).
